    • Bathroom mirrors, towel bars, paper holders and such are not included in the price of the home. Cost of these items will be the responsibility of the buyer.
    • Main floor bath: Kohler polished chrome Coralais faucets, Kohler Wellworth toilets, porcelain sink
    • Upstairs main bath: fiberglass tub/shower, double porcelain sink, Kohler polished chrome Coralais faucets and Kohler Wellworth toilets
    • Master bath: separate ceramic tile shower 4’ x 3’, double porcelain sink, Kohler polished chrome Coralais faucets and Kohler Wellworth toilets

    • $2,000 allowance, supplies only, includes doorbell
